The moment.js library is officially done and no longer recommends its use for new projects. As such, we have been progressively moving to luxon instead. Until recently, we still had some libraries that depended on it, and some leftover calls to it. This is no longer the case, and as such, the library can be removed completely. closes odoo/odoo#135182 Related: odoo/enterprise#47304 Signed-off-by: Aaron Bohy (aab) <aab@odoo.com>
