Rohitkumar (roku) 41b3559ec9 [IMP] fleet: add order date field in fleet vehicle

Currently, when the vehicle is assigned, it is checked from the first contract date, now it
will be checked from the order date

In this Commit, We added order date  field in  fleet vehicle

task-3054981

closes odoo/odoo#107073

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
