mehjabinfarsana 418c46be03 [FIX] sale: Traceback on clearing quotation date in sale order form

before this commit, in sale order form view, while clearing the quotation date it was showing Traceback error. field is already required in the model level, so removing the conditional required attribute from the view

after this commit, the quotation date is required

closes odoo/odoo#111066

Odoo
