Before this commit, the domain applied to the field employee_id on hr_expense was wrong, so a simple officer (no other rights) could not see the relevant people After this commit, the domain is correct and matches the one on the officer group's record rule OPW 2058512 closes odoo/odoo#36292 Signed-off-by: Lucas Perais (lpe) <lpe@odoo.com>
