Before this commit, the user must choose a pricing type and configure it. This commit changes the pricing type to a compute non-stored field and now the user will configure what he wants for his project and the pricing type changed according it. That is, the SO, SOL and employee mappings fields will always be visible in the basic project. When the user set the SO and SOL the pricing type becomes project rate and if he add an employee mapping, then the pricing type becomes employee rate. task-2442683 closes odoo/odoo#66181
