When the only app installed is 'invoicing', people were getting an error while trying to generate the account.reconcile.model from its template. Could have done it in sudo(), truth is: account.reconcile.model object is not security critical closes odoo/odoo#37622 Signed-off-by: Quentin De Paoli (qdp) <qdp@openerp.com>
