Pierre Masereel 3a7b4b424a [FIX] point_of_sale: currency based on company set on the config

Since recent changes in multi company of odoo, the self.env.company is
only the preffered company and not the only selected anymore. So the
currency of a pos config is based on the pos config one and has nothing
to do with the one choosen by the current user.

closes odoo/odoo#33947

Odoo
