While running 'crm_tour' in test mode and quick creating record on crm kanban, adding a partner and moving to another field from tour opens a confirmation dialog asking whther or not you want to create a new record. This dialog remains open sometimes, breaking the further flow of tour. This commit fixes the issue by selecting or creating the record from drop-down after adding a partner (and before going to further steps), thus avoiding the confirmation dialog. Note: - Because we create/select the partner, the 'name' field is auto filled and we don't have to set anything in there. So this step is not needed anymore in the tour.
