Lucas Lefèvre 317699f3ea [MOV] spreadsheet_dashboard_stock: move to enterprise

This commit moves the "Inventory Flow" dashboard from community
to enterprise.

The dashboards depends on "stock.report" model which is
only defined with `stock_enterprise`

Odoo
