Before this commit, the carousels of dynamic snippets were only initiliazed once the controls were interacted with, making the "speed" option useless. Now, they are initialized just like any other carousels via the related public widget. That public widget actually does more, like ensuring all carousel slides have the same height. That last part was actually fixed for the 15.0 version but by duplicating the public widget code at [1], that duplicated code is removed here too. Note: the carousels do not start on page load but still need to be hovered first just like normal carousels.
