Arnaud Baes 2f40301c44 [FIX] repair: Missing method implementation in wizard

This commit add the implementation of `_get_reference_document_company_id`
for the `stock.warn.insufficient.qty.repair` wizard.

closes odoo/odoo#36792

Odoo
