William HenrotinandJuppe 2d0a413f82 [FIX] stock: from from_date domain

Commit c2c9d6d143 changed the inequality sign unintentionally.
This commit change it to the right value

closes odoo/odoo#64334

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
