Arnaud Joset 2923c8a6cf [IMP] hr_expense: display upload button on all tree and kanban views in "My expense" and "My expense reports"

Before this commit, the upload button was not displayed in all the tree/kanban views.

closes odoo/odoo#55867

Odoo
