When creating an account payment with {"journal_id": False} in the values parameters,
a default journal is searched.
However, the found journal is directly overridden by the value in the parameters (i.e. False),
which triggers an error when trying to create the linked account move, because it violates
the not-null constraint on that field.
The default journal should only be overridden if its value in the parameters is not empty.
