Antoine Prieels 283313a06c [FIX] point_of_sale: New IoT Box build dependency

A new dependency (`polib`) has been added in commit:
a7621137cb

Since it is used in the part of the code that is copied to the IoTBox,
we need to add it to the list of packages that are installed during the
build of the image.

closes odoo/odoo#33990

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
