Commit 168cbe66bee7824bdf389de5c6c680342e27bc6d removes fields with the 'groups' attribute from views when the user is not part of the groups. This is the case of product_uom_id in stock_scrap_form_view2, but the field is mandatory for scrap creation, therefore we use the unit of measure of the scrapped product when not provided (as this is the case when uom are not checked).
