Before this commit: the scoring field was the only remaining thing in the 'Time and Scoring' Section which is read-only when `survey_type` is set to 'survey'. so there was no point of showing the whole section. After this commit: The 'Time and Scoring' Section will be invisible if `survey_type` is set to survey'.
