rhe-odoo 244789f722 [FIX] point_of_sale: half-up cash rounding

After this commit was introduced: 3cad1312ca35c136440a98dc1b1c82a483bdbd3e
There was an error when using the half up method in the point of sale.
The method was always set to up or down even if the method should stay as half-up.
Now, we make sure to inverse the rounding method only if it's not a half up method.
