mehjabinfarsana 1f57d57a3e [FIX] purchase: remove quick_create from purchase kanban view

before this commit, on clicking the purchase kanban view,
it allows to quick create from the kanban view,
and the value entered is going to name of purchase order

after this commit, quick create is disabled

closes odoo/odoo#129028
