Louis Baudoux 1f0d28591d [FIX] l10n_generic_coa: fix demo invoice with wrong journal

The 'Miscellaneous Operations' journal was used instead of the 'Vendor
Bills' journal for that demo invoice, which lead to a crash when
processing it with the OCR.

closes odoo/odoo#37618
