Before this commit, when a client had 1+ posted invoice he could still modify his address, including his country. The country can have as much fiscal implications for the Accounting as the Tax ID (both fields are used in the Fiscal Positions mapping). For that reason, once an invoice has been made for a customer, we should not let him change his country freely. This can still be done in the back-end, but should not be possible in the front-end.
