Katherine Zaoral 191530059f [IMP] l10n_ar: be able to generate refunds for OTROS COMPROBANTES document type

This document does not have any credit/debit note related documents, so
when a credit/debit not is required then the same document type is used.
This only applies in vendor bills so we are able to create the credit
note with this type of document

closes odoo/odoo#48117
