Currently the following precaution is taken to not "lose" taxes when reloading the chart template: When the tax associated with an xmlid changes, we "backup" the "old" tax (name prefixed with '[old] '; xmlid removed) instead of just overwriting it. Currently only active taxes are prevented from being overwritten.
