Before this commit, this method is static to the model. But in fact, we always use the project, employee and the task from the current timesheet. So it can be better to directly have this information in the self. This commit changes this method to have no params into it and only use the self to retrieve the useful data. task-2376382 closes odoo/odoo#66157
