Ravi Gohil 1270eaad66 [FIX] l10n_lu: correctly compute few tax report sections

- fixed some tax report lines by showing correct amounts
- corrected account types
- set default receivable/payable/advance tax accounts for tax groups

closes odoo/odoo#40114
