PURPOSE Cleanup all the places where an hour or a datetime is been used to display with the date the corresponding timezone. SPECIFICATIONS Display the timezone of the event next to each datetime. For the event main page and the track/agenda pages, we display the timezone next to each date unless the timezone of the visitor is the same as the event. We also introduce a new "time" qweb field converter. It is used to display a float value into a real "time" (not duration).
