Lucas Perais (lpe) 0ffc12c0a4 [REF] web_editor: loader split the loading and the creation of wysiwyg

Before this commit, the wysiwyg loader had only one method to both load and create it.

After this commit, it has two separate methods to do it. This is practical if one wants to load
in some other context, like studio

closes odoo/odoo#72454

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

The main Odoo Apps include an Open Source CRM, Website Builder, eCommerce, Warehouse Management, Project Management, Billing & Accounting, Point of Sale, Human Resources, Marketing, Manufacturing, ...

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.

To learn the software, we recommend the Odoo eLearning, or Scale-up, the business game. Developers can start with the developer tutorials
