Currently, the 'Reset to Draft' button displayed twice in expense report
The duplicate button was added form commit: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/b25e53a0b9f950b8f9367c1bf304753c87ee2a63#diff-1db56050134b0962604e0407b7d23d39R505

So in this commit, removed duplicate 'Reset to Draft' button.

Odoo
