Rémy Voet (ryv) 08d2b84674 [FIX] stock: avoid not logical settings

When we create a second warehouse on a company, the
multi-warehouse and the multi-location is automatically
activated. But a user can desactivate manually the multi-location
which leads to a misconfiguration (no sense to have multi-warehouse
without multi-location)
Add a UserError to avoid this case.
