Victor Feyens 060df1a363 [IMP] sale: improve test coverage

Some flows of the core `sale` code (sale_order & sale_order_line) 
weren't covered at all by tests.

This commit adds some tests to cover those flows, reducing the risks of 
broken features/flows with future sale tasks.

closes odoo/odoo#71402
