William Henrotin 04beff906d [IMP] stock: allow importing quants

As the inventory adjustments have been removed in favour of the editable
quants, this commit introduced the possibility to import pre counted
quants like non validated inventories back then.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
