Purpose is to ease inheritance of generated SQL report for mailing traces. Notably we want to be able to filter out some mailings like those used in marketing automation. For that purpose we rework the hardcoded string to be a bit easier to inherit. It is now build based on various sub methods returning sql items (columns, group-by, ...) that are then aggregated to make the final SQL query. Functionally nothing changes. String manipulation is feasible as there is no user input, meaning only valid terms will be accepted in final SQL.
