Bruno Boi 019bbef45d [FIX] web: ignore floating point imprecisions in position hook

Due to floating poing imprecisions, the position hook
overflow computations may be off under some hard to
predict circumstances.

This commit ceil all the compared parts in order
to have the same base of comparison.

closes odoo/odoo#82434
