wan 00f1ad8d83 [FIX] account: set noupdate flag on accounting demo data

Demo data is not usually updated. It was also deleting the demo data
when doing a `-i account` when the module was already installed (or
actually the chart of accounts instantiated)

closes odoo/odoo#68802

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
