Martin Trigaux 00626905af [FIX] sale: use name_search on product search

Before 762adedece the search was done on the related field product_id
This was equivalent to make a search on the records order_line.product_id
and to use the name_search of product to find it.

With the filter order_line.product_id.name, it was explicitly searching on the
name of the template

Fixes odoo/odoo#28344

Odoo
