Add HTML fields support to kanban view (currently bespoke but maybe it
should be done via `format`), and remove t-raw for HTML fields there.
Also just strip some t-raws which were completely unnecessary to start with
PURPOSE
This commit aims to apply some cosmetic changes on the mass mailing
tree view to improve its usability.
SPECS
- New precedence order for the mass mailing views: With the kanban view,
mailings tend to pile up. When there are a lot of mailings, it can become
tricky to find a specific mailing given that the names of the mailing are
often generic and redondant (e.g. "Don't Miss Out", "Special Offer", ...)
For this reason, we will encourage people to use the list view by giving
the list view a higher precedence over the kanban view.
- Add progress bars for the delivered rate and the open rate (in the tree view).
- New column order for the tree view.
- Remove the unused and invisible field 'mailing_type' from the tree view.
- Set the fields 'mailing_model_id' and 'campaign_id' as optional.
- Minor decorator update.

Currently, to identify records based on state, in most of the list views we
use 'badge' widget on 'state' fields which can be decorated as needed.
However, for the list views, best approach would be to also add list
decoration along with 'badge' widget so that the whole line is colored
and it's easy for user to 'scan' the information
This commit improves the behavior adding decorations to several list-views.
To check the list of changes, kindly see the task specification
Apart from that, this commit also improves label of the module state from
'Not Installed' to 'Uninstalled'.

The "o_mail_snippet_general" class implies a background color but when
coloring the snippet that color was applied to its parent. This ensures
that the color is applied to .o_mail_snippet_general instead.

Colorpicker snippets target <td> elements while these sometimes contain
a <div> which is background-colored in css. In consequence, when using
the colorpicker to change the background color of the snippet, the
colored <div> came in front of the element of which we tried to change
the color. This ensures the snippets target the <div> instead when the
<td> itself is marked as non-colorable via the "o_mail_no_colorpicker"
class, as this is then in fact the element we want to color.
Enterprise themes need to be adapted to this new behavior.
Make the email body take the entire space to avoid having some wasted space,
this will also make the user have more focus when designing an email.
Revamp the settings notebook page in order to give more clarity to the user,
and move some fields from the main form have been moved to this section to
have more space in the bottom for the email body.
In the mailing form, when the mailing is sent or is being sent, set fields
which are no longer useful for the user to change to readonly mode.
Add a wizard that enables the user to schedule a mailing, the schedule field is
still kept in the form for the user to be able to change the date when the
mailing is in the queue (if they want to send it sooner).
Display an action helper-style content when the email is empty, because,
currently, the user is left with a big white screen when the email has no
content which is not desirable.
Update the html_empty function to take into account style attributes to better
match the editor's void content.
Hide A/B testing fields from SMS mailing form view as these are not supported
for SMS marketing.

Currently, across Odoo, there are around 40+ many2one fields defined with a
'selection' widget. Since the many2one widget has options to limit record
creation and opening, there is no reason to define a many2one field with a
selection widget. The selection widget does not allow for searching, and is
limited to 100 records.
PURPOSE
to update the definition of any many2one on which we applied a 'selection'
widget, and instead use the standard many2one widget with disabled
opening/creation instead.
after this commit,
for each many2one field defined with widget="selection", widget="selection" is
replaced with options="{'no_open': True, 'no_create': True}"

When selecting the contents of a promo code then typing a letter, that
letter was inserted before the promo code instead of in it. It was also
impossible to get back inside the promo code after that.
Given the nature of that snippet it seems reasonable to make the promo
code itself unremovable. This way we can benefit from the editor's
ability to keep the cursor in an empty unremovable inline.
Note: This fix requires a change in the editor:

- Currently all menus are out of order in app switcher.
- For example, Sales app is 16 menu away from Accounting,
Social Marketing app is 25 menu away from Email Marketing, etc.
So, all menus should be reordered.
- This commit will reorder the menus of the app switcher in order to reduce
the distance between correlated applications,
and bring the most common apps upward.
- And in this commit we have left gap of 5 subsequent sequence for further new menus.

mailing_type field readonly if the mailing is not in draft state to
prevent switching the type once mailing is launched.
- in the mass mailing sms form view (mailing_mailing_view_form_sms), made the

This commit handles 2 things:
- Clarifies why some inline style has to remain inline instead of being moved
to a separate file.
- Moves an inline modification to field_html for testing purpose to
a dedicated file.
This has been done to improve consistency in asset bundles declarations
by reducing them to the simplest possible templates.

Before this commit, the asset bundle "_assets_helpers" was the only
bundle using a "t-raw" directive to insert assets in between other asset
calls.
Now _assets_helpers only contains the assets called before the t-raw
directive, and the second part (1 file actually) has been added after
every call of the bundle.
This has been done to improve consistency in asset bundles declarations
by reducing them to the simplest possible templates.

This commit introduces a new wizard that allows adding existing contacts of a
specific mailing list to another mailing.list.
It's typically used on the list view of a mailing.list where you tick a bunch
of contacts and add them all at once to another mailing.list (existing OR new
one that you create on the fly).
That tool will help users manage their mailing.list a bit easier and avoid some
tedious copy/pasting if mailing.lists need to share common contacts.
Wizard has two options: either simply create a new mailing list, either create
it and use it directly in a new mailing. It allows to cover the following
user flow
* select contacts;
* add them in a new list created on-the-fly;
* jump on a new mailing targeting this mailing-list;
* fill body, launch, enjoy !

This commit renames the field is_website into is_auto_campaign
for clarity purpose.
The is_website field always meant that the campaigns were created automatically
in some instances. Could be created automatically via a link to the website
or even by simply creating a marketing campaign in marketing_automation.
is_auto_campaign is a better name as it does not wrongly imply that only
the website can generate campaigns automatically, while also pointing
out the automatic generation mechanism.
The utm campaigns behaviour rests unchanged.

This commit fixes the display condition of the small alert block on top of the
mass.mailing form view.
The condition was not working because it would hide the alert if:
('failed', '=', 0)
OR
('state', '!=', 'in_queue')
AND
('sent', '=', 0)
AND
('scheduled', '=', 0)
Instead, we want to hide it if:
('failed', '=', 0)
AND
('state', '!=', 'in_queue')
AND
('sent', '=', 0)
AND
('scheduled', '=', 0)
This would for example prevent showing that the mailing is "scheduled" or that
it has successfully been sent with various mailing statistics.

* When clicking on a button that is a preview for a "mass mailing",
always open it in a new window for the user that is editing the form, so
that changes are not discarded (when leaving the page).
- The option "Open in a new window" remains effective for the recipients of the mail.
* Rename Mailing Campaign to Campaign : this is just a mailing campaign,
they are used everywhere in the marketing scope now. And it can be part of
a multi-channel campaign.
* Show/hide mailings count depending on settings :
- Mailing Campaign must be activated in the email marketing settings in
order to display the Mailings count in the utm.campaign kanban view
* When there is no matching recipient for a mailing campaign,
properly display 0 / 0 instead of 0 / 1 to better indicate that it is

New solutions are being investigated in master. For the moment, it seems
better to remove Jabberwock to unlock difficult forward-port between
14.0 and 14.1/master, until we decide what to do once and for all in
a later master. We may un-revert this later but that would be way easier
than reverting Jabberwock in a few months.
This was done as safely as possible by removing any commit related to
Jabberwock, then resolving conflicts, then reforcing commits from 14.0
that were hugely adapted for 14.1/master, then forcing the whole diff
over a rebased 14.1/master. The only possible miss (other than me making
a mistake) would be commits that were not forward-ported to 14.1 thanks
to Jabberwock handling the issue on its own (I know we had such commits
in website, which I manually included in this revert, see below).

PURPOSE
Improves various views related to the mass mailing lists to help the user to
check the "health" of its lists at a glance.
SPECS
Introduce statistic fields on mailing.list:
- Total number of contacts (replaces the previous number of valid emails)
- Number of valid email contacts
- Number of valid SMS contacts
- Number of mailings sent using the list
- Percentage (and total count) of opted-out contacts
- Percentage (and total count) of blacklisted contacts
- Percentage of contacts having at least one bounced message
The statistics are shown on the kanban and also on the form view where they are
used to quickly reach the associated mailings / contacts.
Demo data were slightly adapted to show more interesting demos on views.
On a technical point of view, the various counts of contacts are made in a
single query using CASE WHEN syntax.
We need some entry points in the query to be able to dynamically add fields and
joins in the mass_mailing_sms app, but it's better than copy/pasting multiple
times a very similar query.

PURPOSE
To ease the scheduling process, we introduce a new calendar view on mailings
that allows to easily schedule your communications. In addition, mailings and
sms views are improved to ease global usability especially about scheduling
configuration.
SPECIFICATIONSS
- add a calendar view to allow marketeers to either schedule or overview their
ongoing mailings/sms;
Side note: inspired by what has been done with Social Posts
- improve the scheduling flow by allowing to configure it directly in the form
view using fields rather than action buttons that open an extra window. This
implied removing the schedule wizard as everything is now configured directly
from the mailing form view;
- add a constraint on 'schedule_date' to make sure it's not scheduled in the
past;
- compute a calendar_date to be used by calendar view. It is either sent
date (if sent), next departure of cron (if in queue) or schedule date (if
scheduled).
- update mass_mailing_sms to match scheduling flow of emails and adjust the
'sms_force_send' display to ease understanding ;

Previously, in multiple modules, long names would result in an overflow of text.
With this commit long texts should appear like this: [aaaaa...] instead of
going out of their boxes.
Various views are updated, depending on which fields we wanted to prevent
from overflowing and the probability they do so.

WHAT: apply 93a7695f65baf00d1f82481d6a2a97e6c11940a8 for all res.config.settings

WHY: the same reason as in 93a7695f65baf00d1f82481d6a2a97e6c11940a8:
When saving, a read is called. By default, read has

This commit lays the groundwork for the new editor by adding empty files to the assets in
order to change them later on. The new editor is not stable enough to be merged right
now, but delaying it to 15.0 would be problematic as the current editor has many bugs that
we are unable to fix because of how summernote interacts with browser-dependent code as well
as all the hacks that were done on top of it for Odoo since 8.0.
Removing the display of the Color Index measure in the menu of the graph view.

Remove duplicate fields in tree views / kanban (outside of templates).
A field should not be present twice in a tree view. If one of the nodes has
custom attributes then behavior of other nodes is somehow unpredictable.
Having field present only once gives a more coherent behavior. Xpaths
could also lead to weird results if fields are present several times as
developers generally do not expect fields to be present several times in a
view.
An heuristic to detect duplicate fields will land soon in master. As this
commit targets a stable version only view fixes are provided.

Purpose
=======
Allow to customize the preview text in mass mailing.
Specifications
==============
We do not generate the preview text anymore, instead we add
a new field to let the user choose want he want to put into
the preview. As the preview is added in the mail body, it
supports dynamic placeholders.
Rename "View in browser" into "View Online" because the text
will be displayed in the preview if the snippet is added at
the beginning of the email. And we want to make it shorter.
Remove the alt attribute of the image tag which are not part
of the "email content" in the mass mailing template.
So, we improve the email preview in the mail clients
(otherwise the mail client include the alt attribute into the
preview).

PURPOSE
Add a block that allows recipients to check the email in a browser in case
their mail service provider does not render it well or to see it full screen.
SPECIFICATIONS
A thumbnail has been added in the snippet thumbnails list of the mail editor.
It allows to add an header snippet. This snippet contains a link allowing the
recipient to see the mail in its browser instead of its mail client.
Add a route to display a mailing content. This route should be recipient
dependent as mailings could contain jinja markers. Using the same access token
and check as unsubscribe route this public route allows to display a mailing
content directly rendered for a given customer.
_get_unsubscribe_url method is moved from mail_mail to mailing as it does
not really belong to the mail model. Indeed it is mailing dependent.
A view URL leading to the view in browser route is added. It is managed like
the unsubscribe url: magically avoid shortening, magically rewrite when
sending email.

X-original-commit: 5471309b35619f307242c2704c7681ba63d2be42
This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.
From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:
- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.
This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.
