Since jquery 1.9, attr selector only matches attributes (the behavior was not
consistent before, sometimes it returned the properties [0]) and tour.js was
relying on those inconsistencies. This commit introduce common properties
selector to allow matching properties during a tour.

The form was not correctly completed and, for some reasons, phantomjs did
not complain. However, it was not possible to run the test from the browser.
Also, reword all the steps title for a better understanding of the test.
This is done with the help of website.if_dom_contains and 1) js_surveyform
class for survey.js 2) a new fake class js_surveyresult for survey_result.js
This fix also allow to avoid spurious logs on runbot during phantomjs tests.

- deprecate <url> tag
- deprecate multi levels name for <menuitem>
- <odoo> <openerp> <data> tags are now equivalent and may be nested, it means
that the <data> tag is now optional and should only be used if the same xml
file contains both update and noupdate records.
Only the base_menu.xml has been converted to the new format as an example.
Other files will be be progressively converted to avoid useless conflicts in
forward ports.
Add an invisible field `pricelist_id` to project.project form view, so that when
`partner_id` is changed, `onchange_partner_id` method can also set the
pricelist properly (previously, the pricelist was not set because the
field was not in the view).
