Nandan Jani ed9f8fdbb4 [IMP] website_quote: allow the user to print web quotation to pdf. This required to add col-xs-XX class on snippets, extract SaleOrder Content into a new template to create the report to print. The hidden-print class has been added into rendering report style, since wkhtmltopdf don't really support media-print CSS class.

Amit Vora d4990c1b4c [MOVE] contact: module merged in mail. This module contains only one menu item 
to display contacts in the Messaging menu. In order to lessen the number of modules this
view has been directly integrated into the mail module.

Add .template as extension of the template files because RPM packaging
produces an error when trying to compile the python template files,
which contains Jinja instructions.

Include *.template files in MANIFEST.in to package them.

Thibault Delavallée 0e924744a5 [FIX] website_forum: added a forgotten required on post_type on the 
post model. Indeed a post is a question, a link or a discussion and cannot be
something else.

Added constraints to avoid having posts that do not match the accepted types
on the forum; and to avoid having forums having a default post type not
matching the accepted ones.

Jérome Maes e11ed3f01c [FIX] project : issue_ids field should contains only the open issues. Closed issues are interesting for reporting, not for today job. A issue is closed when its stage is fold. this implies changes in rating : a search is required to find issue of the current project. This may introduce performance issue in a case of big data. David Monjoie 1e8932f769 [IMP] website: extracted language selector in its own template 
It is a technical part of the website, it actually acts like a "Language Widget", I don't see any good reason to not extract it into its own template.
I needed this for a designer who wanted to move the language selection elsewhere, and I realized it was not already in its own template. Worse, we already had a duplication of this content in our own module!
I need this in saas-6 to get rid of the actual third duplications of this content which exists in 8.0 (counting the theme).

In order to do that, we change the theoretical quantity into a functional stored field.
Therefore the on_change changes, but the old still work.
The UoM of the inventory line is also taken into account
