In order to be able to flag the livechat as inactive when the visitor left the
conversation, livechat_active field is moved to im_livechat module, as it is
not linked to website_visitor.
This commit is also a preparation for next one, which will implement the close
conversation right after the first click on x button in livechat window (at
visitor side). We needed the livechat_active flag to be available without
website installed.

PR #39939
Purpose
=======
Whenever a visitor start a livechat session but finally close the session
without sending any messages, the livechat session is empty and stay in DB.
Livechat session counter counts all the sessions (with and without message)
but when opening the sessions tree view, the view is filtered by default on
session with messages. There is no reason to see the empty sessions as it
does not give any information (except "the visitor hesitated to start
livechat and finally did not" which is quite useless info)
The goal is to keep only sessions with messages.
When the visitor is closing the livechat window, if the session is empty,
the session should be deleted. But what happens if a visitor start a livechat
session, send no message and just leave the website without closing the
livechat window ? --> empty live chat session will remains in database.
The ir_autovacuum already handle the deletion of empty sessions to main a
clean DB.
Specifications
==============
- Apply 'with messages' domain on session count in the livechat channel view
- Apply 'with messages' domain on session count in the lead view
- Apply 'with messages' domain on livechat session view
- Remove With message filter
- Remove Without message filter
- If send message on a deleted session :
just tell the visitor that operator is not available anymore
AND delete livechat session cookie (as he waited 1 day to send a message)
Empty sessions becomes invisible : not possible for users to see empty session
(in count or in views) and cron is cleaning empty sessions every day.
This commit also adapts visitor session count and view accordingly.

From now on mail.mail is considered as a technical model. Indeed people should
not really manually craft mails by hand. Instead various functional flows
should either send mails, either craft mails based on some user input.
We therefore make mail restricted to admin users. Flows creating mail.mail
are updated to use sudo, and ensure it was done in a context that makes
sense to delegate this power to the user.

PR #32243
Purpose of this commit is to correctly compute author_id and email_from
in mail_message and mail_mail as they depends from each other. Moreover it
is a good idea in various flows to specify email and author when giving
creation values to avoid default computation that is not always guaranteed to
be accurate notably when involving super user.
Mail message creation could lead to desynchronized values between author
and email_from. This is improved with this commit by correctly inheriting
from default_get and computing both of them at the same time instead of having
two default values. Indeed they depend on each other.
Same thing is done for mail composer. Mail Thread offers a tool method to
find email_from / author_id based on having one of those values or current
user and it is called whenever necessary.
Some calls to mail template send_mail are also cleaned.

This branch is the combination of several optimizations in the ORM:
* store field values once in the cache: the cache reflects more
faithfully the database, only fields that explicitly depend on the
context have an extra indirection in the cache;
* delay recomputations by default: use method `recompute` to explicitly
flush out pending recomputations;
* delay updates in method `write`: updates are stored in a data
structure that can be flushed efficiently to the database with method
`flush` (which also flush out recomputations);
* make method `modified` take advantage of inverse fields to inverse
dependencies;
* filter records by evaluating a domain on records in Python;
* a computed field with `readonly=False` behaves like a normal field
with an onchange method;
* computed fields are computed in superuser mode by default.

This commit allows a livechat operator to send a chat request to a
connected and available website_visitor.
A visitor is considered as connected if his last tracked website.page request
was within the last 5 minutes.
A visitor is available if he doesn't have an active livechat conversation
(mail_channel with type = livechat).
- If another operator sent him a chat request
- Or if the visitor asked himself to speak with an operator
(via the normal and existing flow)
A livechat conversation is active while the visitor haven't left the conversation.
An operator cannot leave a livechat conversation, only the visitor can.
The flow to send a chat request:
- On the visitor view (tree or form), operator click on 'send chat request'
(button or livechat icon)
- A empty conversation with the visitor pops up at operator side.
- While the operator didn't send a message, the visitor won't see the conversation.
- The operator can type a message to the user
- If the operator close the chat without sending any messages,
the chat request AND the mail_channel are both deleted.
In this case, the visitor is then available to send him a new chat request.
- If the operator send a message, at the visitor's next action
(page navigation on pages that allows livechat, based on livechat rules),
the conversation will pop up at visitor side, using the livechat button widget.
The visitor won't be able to request a livechat conversation with an operator until
he leaves the chat requested by the operator.
- Once the visitor leaves (with or without rating) the conversation :
- the operator is notified that the visitor has left the conversation
- the chat request is deleted to keep the chat request table clean and minimal
- the livechat conversation if set to inactive.
- The visitor is now available again to send him a chat request.
This feature uses the already existing livechat_session cookie mechanism,
so no further code modification was needed to make this work.
It's directly integrated is existing livechat flow.
The chat_request model is only useful to quickly check if a visitor has a chat request
and to send the livechat conversation info to the visitor via the livechat_session cookie.
This commit also add a website_visitor banner info on discuss view :
To be able to quickly see all the relevant information of a website visitor
while talking with in discuss view, a fixed banner have been added.
Only the discuss view will benefit from this because detached chatter window
is to small to display such banner.

PR: #31811
Task #1919871
Purpose
=======
If a visitor comes on the website and launches a livechat, it will be randomly assigned operator A.
If he comes the next day and opens a livechat again, we want him to have the same operator if he's available.
To handle that use case, we added a cookie that stores the "previous operator id" information for 7 days.
Task #1919871
Purpose
=======
The method 'get_mail_channel' in the 'im_livechat.channel' model used a simple random.choice in
the available users to select the operator.
It was improved to select the operator that has the lowest number of active livechats. If multiple
operators share the same number (lowest) of active livechats, it selects randomly between those.
A livechat is considered 'active' if it has at least one message within the last hour.
Spec
=======
The assignation method should always give the new conversation to the operator who
has the less active conversation.
If two operators have the same amout of active conversation, it should chose one of
them randomly.
Purpose
=======
Several methods of the 'im_livechat.channel' model were passed a 'channel_id' to work on.
This has been changed so that the caller can use those methods on an instance of this model instead.
Some methods have also been switched to private because they had no apparent reasons to be public.
This is a preliminary cleaning for task #1919871
Specicial note for the "loader" template:
To load the livechat assets in a website page, the 'loader' template of livechat
is directly called (instead of being returned through a controller) in order
to avoid a new call to server.
As this commit moves 'sudo' to make method callable on the record directly, it
still needs to be sudo. First solution was to add the 'sudo' in the template, which
is a bad practise.
This commit creates a proxy method on website model returning the livechat info
with 'sudo'. This avoid having the 'sudo' done in template. Like always, explicit
is better than implicit.
Task-1919871

Before this commit, when new messages were posted in a new
livechat, the operator received them after a delay. This
may take up to a minute before receiving the notification.
This behaviour was causing a bigger issue: those notifications
may never be received by the operator. This case happened when
the operator was receiving more recent notifications while
notifications from new livechats were pending.
The delay was caused by the operator not yet subscribed to
notifications on the newly created livechat. It is only on
the next poll of longpolling that the subscription occurred,
then followed by dispatching the notifications to the operator.
This commit fixes the issue by dispatching new messages of new
livechats directly to the operator. This is done by enforcing
the operator to make another polling when a new livechat is created,
so that he is always subscribed to those livechats. As a result,
new messages are received instantaneously.

Before this commit, when livechat operators had chats in the
Discuss app and reload their page, they could loose some
pinned livechats.
This problem only occurred on livechat conversations when both
users are authenticated. Any two-user channels should always
be pinned by default, which is the case for internal chats.
This logic was applied on channels with type `chat`, but this
is ignored with livechats because they are channels of type
`livechat`.
This commit fixes the issue by defining internal chats and
livechats as `chat`. Any chat conversations are automatically
pinned when a message is posted, including livechats.
Note that before this commit, the livechats were visually
pinned in the Discuss app, although the server did not consider
them as pinned. The client-side code always assume conversations
are pinned, which is why a page refresh looks like a loose of
previously pinned conversations.

Also, _channel_message_notifications is a bit rewritten to remove useless
code. Indeed, notifications will always be filled in as
_channel_message_notifications is only called by _notify that ensure that self

But if we use anonymous name field even if visitor is not anonymous,
we cannot know, in stat e.g., if the session was really made with
an anonymous visitor or not as the field is always filled in.
Now, if the visitor is not anonymous, we use directly the user.name
but we do not fill in the anonymous name. So that if anonymous name
is null, we know afterwards that the session was made we a real
anonymous visitor.
Since the anonymous name is empty if visitor is logged in,
we cannot use anonymous_name anymore to get the title of the session window.

Check that it makes custom binary fields into attachment as that's the
main reason for the change: when users create binary fields via Studio,
they're necessarily db-stored (as the interface doesn't allow altering
the attachment attribute and it's unclear how we'd handle users
switching it on/off every time), which significantly bloats their
database (and burns storage & backup space), especially as the primary
use case for binary fields is adding images and documents to records.
* check that binary fields are properly created as attachment=True
* add attachment=False on fields where that seems relevant (most but not
all of the fields previously using the default)
* remove occurrences of attachment=True

The 'help' of window action is often fiddled with, adding thing before,
after or arround it.
For example in CRM leads, we add at the beginning "Click to add a new
opportunity" with an arrow towards the button, and after if there is a
mail alias: "All email incoming to * will automatically create new...".
But for crm.lead, hr.expense, sale.order this would not take into
account that the fiddled "help" can be edited, so if we edit 2 times
help in studio or backend action editing, we would get:
Click to add a new opportunity
Click to add a new opportunity

All email incoming to * will automatically create new...
All email incoming to * will automatically create new...
All email incoming to * will automatically create new...
