David Monjoie e48b8ada43 [IMP] website: each snippet is now in its own template 
It will be useful for the designers so they can call one snippet separately. It also separates the snippets definitions from the panel itself which makes more sense.

Simon Lejeune b310a56c98 [FIX] web: searchview: correct toggleClassof dropdowns 
* toggleClass('class', undefined) behaves as if no second argument was
passed: a classic toggle
* toggleClass('class', !undefined) will only add the class if not
present, as the second argument is a boolean (!undefined is true)

This leads to an inconsistent state in the previous implementation of
multiple toggle methods (the`closed-menu` class was never toggled). We
now only use the not operator when the variable is not undefined.

Also, fix the toggle `closed-menu`/`open-menu` logic in dashboard.js,
where it was applied to the `a` instead of the `li`.

Without this fix, you cannot use html_editor to edit page create
with the front end.

Since we don't store the new page in field `xml_id´ but in field `key´,
we need to search also into this field.
