Sending email to addresses containing unicode characters
cannot be parsed by python and result in a UnicodeEncodeError.
This PR catch that specific exception and output a meaningful
error message.
Decision has been taken to not trigger any error message
client-side has it would have needed modifications on some
sensitive low-level backend code.
To reproduce:
- Configure odoo so it uses an email server
- Send an invoice to a partner whoose email address contains
some unicode characters (exemple: æøåÇÀ@example.com)

The commit above assumed the function `change_menu_section` was
mistakenly removed. However, it was turned into a handler function
and renamed according to our JS guidelines `_onChangeMenuSection`.
This commit removes the duplicated logic by removing the
function `_onChangeMenuSection` and using `change_menu_section`
as the handler for the bus event `change_menu_section`.

This was because, due to multi_website, the children views of the "categories"
that were inactive weren't written upon when copying their parent

Class `.hide` was replaced by `.d-none` with BS4 7f10b55a50
But the JS selector was still trying to retrieve the `.hide` form which lead to
an unexisting element, thus sending empty form.

The /shop route can take a `category` argument (a model converter).
`/shop/category/<model("product.public.category"[..]):category>`
But if that `category` argument is passed through URL query string
(?category=9), it will raise an error when doing
`category.can_access_from_current_website()`
as it is an integer since it did not went through the model converter

Before this commit, the compute sequence was relying on the fact the ID was used
as a secondary order key to get the right result.
This is necessary when adding items between pages because we don't resequence
the following elements.
However this was not necessary when adding new elements on the last page since
there are no following elements to resesquence in that case.

Image field widget need the __last_update field alongside them
for caching purposes, though that field should never be present explicitly
in the views
Before this commit, the dependencies of field widgets were not merged into
the model's fields definition, creating a traceback when adding an image field widget
into a x2many list

Before this commit, when clicking on a link in a kanban
record having `href` that is set, it was opening the record
and accessing the `href`.
The intended behaviour is to not open a record if any children
component of the record contains either a click event or is
a link with `href`. The former was correctly handled, but not
the latter.
This commit fixes the issue by preventing opening the record
when clicking on a inner link with href from a kanban record.

The reference widget is expecting a models list as selection attribute
in the field declaration.
It does not exist in the case of the char field.
Support for char fields was added to allow for external identifiers,
but it only works in readonly.
As a consequence, it tracebacks in Edit mode when used in studio.
We thusly remove char field from the list of supported fields.

Updated the resequence logic in a way that was almost falser than before.
The added test however did work by coincidence, as index values were equal to
the sequence field values.
To be sure that we synchronize with what happens on the server, we do a read
after the resequence.
Additionnally, we take into account the result of the server resequence return;
if it is false, it means no resequencing happened, so we should not do a read.

Expected: It should close dialog and keep editable list view record open,
btw m2o field should also be focused when dialog is closed but that's
another issue, will be fixed in another ongoing task

When selecting a mention we will add a mention in a list of selection
from the list of mention.
In 10f0766b3 that mention in list of selection was escaped so this would
match the text that would be escaped when the mention was searched in
it.
But the object are the same so the change modified the original list.

For the second level there was already a special case:
padding-left: $tmp-gap-base;
So for the third a fix could have been:
padding-left: $tmp-gap-base*2;
But this changeset replaces margin by padding so invisible content does
not create a horizontal scrollbar (since we had 100% width with
margin-left that busted it out of its container).

Before this commit odoobot was appearing twice in mention
suggestions when talking to odoobot.
The initial need to be able to ping odoobot from everywhere led to the
override of channel_fetch_listeners. This is not usefull anymore.
This fix simply removes this override to avoid this problem since we
don't have a real use case where we need to ping odoobot in another
channel.

Fix translation placeholders in invite wizard, to make them easier to
understand for translators. Also rework the message generation code
to ensure proper XML structure.
That div has been given an absolute position, which does not work inside another
div on the dashboard.
If there are other dashboard elements below, there are unusable since they are
covered by the no_content_create div.
Moreover, there is no create button on the dashboard, so we shouldn't even see
it.
It also spares us from seeing that hideous clippy-inspired smiling paper sheet.

Commit 7077f18e3 tried to fix the website event menu issue.
But the fix was wrong and fixed only the event having a website_id set.
After the 7077f18e3 fix, event with a website_id set are working as expected
but the ones without a website_id are not working.
Indeed, it will create a website.menu without a website_id which will result in
the menu being duplicated for each website (multi-website rule).
The required on website_id when activating website menu on event was trying to
hide that new issue but it was problematic since:
1. We were removing a feature for no reason as it would not be possible anymore
to create a generic event (no website) with website menu activated.
2. The required would only work in form view, demo data or custo data loaded
through xml without a website_id but having website menu activated would
still bug and would not have a menu. Worst, the menu would be duplicated for
every website and added to the website navbar.
Now, regardless of the event having a website_id set or not, activating or
deactivating event menu will work.

Before this commit, the total amount of unread messages of a
channel was considered in the computation of the messaging
menu counter.
As a result, if the channel contains 100 unread messages,
the messaging menu was displaying a counter of more than 100.
The intended behaviour is to increment the messaging menu
counter once per unread channel, thus the example above should
incremented the counter only once. The channel preview itself
should still display that there are 100 unread messages.
