Fix the inconsistency of product_{min,max}_qty in orderpoint. Both have
different tooltip saying that the reordering rule would trigger if :
- min: forecasted_qty <= product_min_qty
- max: forecasted_qty < product_min_qty
As the tooltip of the product_max_qty is in fact correct, we adapt the
tooltip of the product_min_qty to match the reality.
Task-2656397
Part-of: odoo/odoo#79523
Previous task: odoo/odoo#61287 improved warnings for when using a
duplicate SN, including an auto-update of the source location when
appropriate. Unfortunately the auto-update is too risky when registering
a subcontracting SN tracked components.
Instead, we no longer update the source location when in a
subcontracting situation and update the warning message to match the
expected flow to fix the issue.

"Material Availability" vs "Component Availability" label means
the same thing but it shouldn't.
- Rename these and add a help string for both fields.
- Change decoration to be green if the MO Readiness is
'ready'.
- The logic of `_compute_*_availability` doesn't take in account the
'ready' `(reservation_)state` to distinct clearly both fields
(`(reservation)_state` vs `*_availability`)

When we create a second warehouse on a company, the
multi-warehouse and the multi-location is automatically
activated. But a user can desactivate manually the multi-location
which leads to a misconfiguration (no sense to have multi-warehouse
without multi-location)
Add a UserError to avoid this case.

Changing a product type from Consumable to Storable usually gives
unexpected results once some stock movements have been performed
(negative inventory, wrong valuation...).
While it should remain possible to do it (as long as the user knows what
he is doing), it is worth pointing the fact that unexpected results
are... to be expected.
To do so, we raise a non-blocking warning.

1) Create a stockable product > Add some quantities on hand
2) Edit this product > set it as a consumable or service
3) Create an inventory adjustment on all products
Error will raise "Something went wrong! You can only adjust storable products.
This occur because when switching product type the available quantity
was not cleared, so it will get in the next inventory, but only storable
products can have inventory. So the product should to have no
quantity left before switching type

It happens that people modify the product on done stock.move.line
(it's not possible without customisation, at least allow to import or
to modify product and lot_id in the same view).
During the write on stock.move.line only the lot, locations, package and
owner are update on the quant. Not the product since it's not suppose to
be modify. It leads to a stock.move.line with a correct information but
a total mess on the quants with a lot updated and the previous product.
Since the product is not modified, the product on the quant and the
product on the lot linked to the same quant are different.
