Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Let's consider a product P with three variants red, yellow and blue
- Let's set a customer lead time on P = 10 days
- Set Order Grid Entry on P
- Create a quotation Q and add P
- In the grid entry matrix add 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 blue
Bug:
The customer lead time of these three variants were not set on the lines.

- Create stockable product P: FIFO, Automated Valuation
- Set the price difference account
- Configure Decimal Accuracy for Product Price to 6 digits
- Create a PO
- Add a line with:
Product P
Quantity: 100,000
Price unit: 0.005
- Confirm the PO, receive the product and create the invoice
- Set a price unit of 0.006 on the invoice line
- Post the invoice
No price difference booking is generated, while a price difference of
100 should be created.
It happens because we compare the price units with the currency
precision.
Comparing the price units, even with the proper Product Price precision,
is not a good idea. Indeed, in case discounts are applied the price
unit computed ends up with a larger precision.
As a solution, we check if the subtotal of the journal entry is
different from zero.

A tax
- Confirm the PO, receive the product and create the invoice
- Set a discount of 0.92431 on the invoice line
- Post the invoice
The journal entries for the invoices contains the price difference move,
the amount must be 9,243.10 but is 9,200.00.
In case taxes are defined on the the invoice line, we call `compute_all`
which will round the `price_unit`. In this case, we don't want to round
it.

Like was done in 8d62eacfff for the
picking model, we remove the `components_availability`
and `components_availability_state` which
can leads to performance issue in case there are a lot of
productions/stock move. Replace by the old reservation_state field.
A performance quantification is required to reintroduced
these fields in views (task-2348553).
Also a fix is done in the stock_picking computation
of `products_availability` and `products_availability_state`
(same nature than these in `mrp.production`).

The label for the VAT is 'VAT' while it should be 'GSTIN'.
The `VAT:` label is hardcoded in the receipt template. It is expected to
be adapted to the localization thanks to the translation. However, in
this case it doesn't work: since we keep the English language, there is
no translation applied.
We use the country `vat_label` and fall back on the `VAT` string.

Before this commit the layout of the front-end edition of tags in blog
was broken. And the default value of the select element was not filled.
We fixed those design issues and also improve some small design
details. And for the select issue, we add a return value in the
computeWidgetState of the addTag method because even if the value will
still be empty we need to return something because we want the select
to be filled by the default value of setValue() wich is "/".

When the header goes affixed, a compensating padding-top is added on
the content so that the scroll does not flicker. That padding-top was
added a bit too late and was enough to mess up the scroll on pages where
the content is about the height of the viewport: the header goes affix,
the scrollable content becomes smaller, the padding top is added, a
scroll is detected, the header is un-affixed since above scroll point
-> bug. If the padding top is added first, then there is no problem.
Note: the scroll effects code could probably use some refactoring.

While running 'crm_tour' in test mode and quick creating record on
crm kanban, adding a partner and moving to another field from
tour opens a confirmation dialog asking whther or not you want to
create a new record. This dialog remains open sometimes, breaking
the further flow of tour.
This commit fixes the issue by selecting or creating the record from
drop-down after adding a partner (and before going to further steps),
thus avoiding the confirmation dialog.
Note:
- Because we create/select the partner, the 'name' field is auto filled
and we don't have to set anything in there. So this step is not needed
anymore in the tour.

The validation of a stock move without quantity done create an empty
stock valuation layer. This is not a wanted behavior as :
1. it create record without useful information (0 value, 0 remaining
qty, 0 remaining value)
2. The landed cost value is set on a wrong layer in case of complete
backorder.
This commit bypass the valuation process on a move if it is validated
without any quantity.

DOM. If there are, the suite fails, but there is no indication on

providing useful information (the remaining elements are still
