When a field is specified as widget="monetary" it makes sense to have the
currency actually shows. It won't happen if currency field is not present
within the view.
An heuristic to detect missing currency field presence when using monetary
fields or monetary widget tag will land soon in master. As this commit targets
a stable version only view fixes are provided.

This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.
From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:
- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.
This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.

Before Commit:
-Current Functionality doesn't Restrict Unlink of Order Based on States.
-if we delete the invoice linked to repair order the state button of invoice
still visible in reapir order and when we click on state button it open
new draft invoice.
After Commit:
-Add Validation on Unlink the order based on State,link unlink order only
on draft and cancel state.
-Always show the "cancel" button on repair orders.When the orders have been
cancelled, only allow to delete them if there is no invoice linked, or if
the invoice which is linked can be deleted (is still draft and has never
been posted). If we are not in one of those conditions, raise the following
error "You cannot delete a repair order which is linked to an invoice which
has been posted once."
-Add wizard when cancelling a repair order which has a draft invoice linked.

issues resulting from loading all the portal users in those fields.

When creating a customer on a repair order form view, it isn't considered
as one. An adapted context key is needed to make sure the new res.partner
is correctly saved as "customer".

Create a repair order for some product tracket by SN. User is able to
specify the quantity of items to be repaired. This is purely graphical
as the SN will determine the quantity (1) but may confuse the user

This commit is making sure that the exception activities filters are
only defined where it make sense (i.e. where the system can actually
create an exception activity).
We have therefore removed 'exception activities' filters where the
system won't be creating any.

, the groups to have access to pricelists is `group_product_pricelist`,
not `group_sale_pricelist` anymore.
`group_sale_pricelist` is now a technical group enabling access to
advanced pricelist rules (percentage/discount).
The new visual indicator for exception activities has been added on all
corresponding kanban and list views.
A new filter "Exception Activities" has also been added in the
corresponding search views.

All activity filters are now invisible in the corresponding search views.
These filters were only used by activity redirection (when clicking on
the activity item in the systray) so we hide them to reduce the noise
for the user.
"My Activity" filter has also been removed, its corresponding domain is
now directly set in the action where it was used.

Enforce the domain of the UOM not by an onchange but by a domain.
Exemple of issue if the domain is enforce by an onchange:
- create a picking
- add a move
- select the product
- select an uom
> the uom presented are the one from the product category.
-Save
- edit
- select an uom
> all UOM are presented even the ones of other categories
This commit enforce this new logic at most places.

- Hide lot_id field when product is not tracked
- There was an onchange on the product_id that systematically set the lot_id to `False`.
When giving default values for the lot_id and product_id through the context,
the default value of the lot_id would be overwriten by the onchange.
To fix this, we only reset the lot_id when it is inconsistent with the product_id.
