Office Outlook doesn't take into account the [style] attribute, and it
doesn't manage width/height in percent value.
This commit set width/heigth attribute in pixels and also always set the
width/height in style attribute (keeping them in the original unit and
setting them to auto if not present).

This commit adds user feedback in the form of a message logged on the related
document (mailing.mailing) when testing a mailing/sms.
Before this change, when sending an email to your own mailbox for testing
purpose, or when sending an SMS to your phone, you did not get any interface
feedback on whether it worked or not.
Now, a logged message will show if it's successful and if not, explain why it
failed with a short error message (no IAP credits / misconfigured outgoing mail
server / ...).
In addition, email and phone inputs are now split on the '\n' character instead
of a coma, which allows easier validation of the email addresses.

Before this commit saving a custom snippet inside an email template
produced a "cross origin" error related to the combination of the save &
reload mechanism with the fact that the email template editor is inside
an iframe.
After this commit saving a custom snippet inside an email template is
not available anymore.
Given that fixing the reload problem would be only temporary -while
quite complex-, it has been decided to disable the feature until the
editor allows for cleaning snippets without saving them.

This improvement allows user to review mail attachments that were sent using
composer in mass mail mode while creating a mass mailing on the fly. This is
achieved via `Action > Send email` menu and setting a mailing name.
For example, you sent different mails to different set of partners and you want
to check that you sent correct attachments and didn't miss anything. This
behavior is doable in Email Marketing apps. Before this commit you would need
to open different partners in Contacts app and check messages in the chatter.
Now attachments are displayed in composer.
STEPS:
* Install mass_mailing
* Open Contacts menu
* Select any number of records
* Click `Action > Send email`
* Set **Mass Mailing Name**
* Attach a file
* Send
* Open ``Email Marketing`` app
* Open the created mailing
* Check ``[Settings]`` tab
BEFORE: Attachments field is empty
AFTER: You can see the attachments sent to the partners
WHY: In 2014 attachments were added to mailing.mailing, but not to composer

New solutions are being investigated in master. For the moment, it seems
better to remove Jabberwock to unlock difficult forward-port between
14.0 and 14.1/master, until we decide what to do once and for all in
a later master. We may un-revert this later but that would be way easier
than reverting Jabberwock in a few months.
This was done as safely as possible by removing any commit related to
Jabberwock, then resolving conflicts, then reforcing commits from 14.0
that were hugely adapted for 14.1/master, then forcing the whole diff
over a rebased 14.1/master. The only possible miss (other than me making
a mistake) would be commits that were not forward-ported to 14.1 thanks
to Jabberwock handling the issue on its own (I know we had such commits
in website, which I manually included in this revert, see below).

When creating new contact coming from a mailing list a default_list_ids
context key is set. It is used to give a default value to list belonging
and also to compute opt_out.
However subscription_ids field is displayed on contact form view, allowing
to add the contact to mailing lists. We may end up in situation where a list
is given twice to a contact: once through default_list_ids and once through
subscription_ids field manually completed by users.
In this commit we therefore merge those two values when creating contacts.
Also improve some wording while we are at it.

Purpose is to ease inheritance of generated SQL report for mailing traces.
Notably we want to be able to filter out some mailings like those used
in marketing automation.
For that purpose we rework the hardcoded string to be a bit easier to
inherit. It is now build based on various sub methods returning sql items
(columns, group-by, ...) that are then aggregated to make the final SQL
query.
Functionally nothing changes. String manipulation is feasible as there is
no user input, meaning only valid terms will be accepted in final SQL.

Currently KPIs reporting on mailings is supported only for mail mailings.
However we think it is interesting to have insights on SMS mailings as well
even if less KPIs are available. Indeed we currently do not support open
or reply KPIs.
This report will be sent by email 24 hours after the campaign sms are sent.
Modification are done of the digest_mail_layout to be able to use it to
generate the KPI report for Email or SMS mass mailing campaigns.
The goal is to have a single template that can be used for both SMS and email
mailings.
Some wording is also improved in various places of KPIs process.

PURPOSE
Improves various views related to the mass mailing lists to help the user to
check the "health" of its lists at a glance.
SPECS
Introduce statistic fields on mailing.list:
- Total number of contacts (replaces the previous number of valid emails)
- Number of valid email contacts
- Number of valid SMS contacts
- Number of mailings sent using the list
- Percentage (and total count) of opted-out contacts
- Percentage (and total count) of blacklisted contacts
- Percentage of contacts having at least one bounced message
The statistics are shown on the kanban and also on the form view where they are
used to quickly reach the associated mailings / contacts.
Demo data were slightly adapted to show more interesting demos on views.
On a technical point of view, the various counts of contacts are made in a
single query using CASE WHEN syntax.
We need some entry points in the query to be able to dynamically add fields and
joins in the mass_mailing_sms app, but it's better than copy/pasting multiple
times a very similar query.

PURPOSE
To ease the scheduling process, we introduce a new calendar view on mailings
that allows to easily schedule your communications. In addition, mailings and
sms views are improved to ease global usability especially about scheduling
configuration.
SPECIFICATIONSS
- add a calendar view to allow marketeers to either schedule or overview their
ongoing mailings/sms;
Side note: inspired by what has been done with Social Posts
- improve the scheduling flow by allowing to configure it directly in the form
view using fields rather than action buttons that open an extra window. This
implied removing the schedule wizard as everything is now configured directly
from the mailing form view;
- add a constraint on 'schedule_date' to make sure it's not scheduled in the
past;
- compute a calendar_date to be used by calendar view. It is either sent
date (if sent), next departure of cron (if in queue) or schedule date (if
scheduled).
- update mass_mailing_sms to match scheduling flow of emails and adjust the
'sms_force_send' display to ease understanding ;

Before when a user clicked on the button "Test", jinja syntax was not taken
into account for the test mail sent. If an error was present clicking on the
button did not raise an error before the cron was executed.
Now, if there is at least one record in the mailing model, the template is
correctly rendered and throws an error if there is a syntax error.
If we don't have any record to render the template, we fallback on the raw

In mass mailing (_sms) when you set `Mailing Contact` as target model the
`opt_out` field is added to the default domain. However as it is a computed
field depending on a single mailing list given in context it should not be
used that way. Moreover current implementation raises a warning as only some
custom views can use this field accordingly.
This commit removes `opt_out` field being set by default in mailing domain and
also removes the UserError raised by the search function, thus avoiding
unwanted warnings.
Opt-out field is automatically taken into account when sending mass mailing on
contacts (see ``_get_opt_out_list``) so removing it from domain is actually
even better for coherency. Opt-out is not an option in sending process.

This commit lays the groundwork for the new editor by adding empty files to the assets in
order to change them later on. The new editor is not stable enough to be merged right
now, but delaying it to 15.0 would be problematic as the current editor has many bugs that
we are unable to fix because of how summernote interacts with browser-dependent code as well
as all the hacks that were done on top of it for Odoo since 8.0.

See parent commit for information about the scrollbar moved to the
'#wrapwrap' element, which was necessary to achieve this right panel
design. Note: in the future, having the scroll on the #wrapwrap may
not be necessary anymore as the edition might be done in an iframe.

For the graph views based on reporting models (e.g sale.report), click
on a group in the chart redirects the user to an "empty" list view. Here
we use the attribute disable_linking to avoid that redirection for those
views.

Using a `set` to lookup recipients that already received an email is
much faster on average than with a list. `x in list` is O(n) on
average, whereas `x in set` closer to O(1) on average.
Example: for a sample mailing with 50k recipients that is half-through,
filtering the remaining half (25k) took 10s with a list, and 1s with
the set.

Remove duplicate fields in tree views / kanban (outside of templates).
A field should not be present twice in a tree view. If one of the nodes has
custom attributes then behavior of other nodes is somehow unpredictable.
Having field present only once gives a more coherent behavior. Xpaths
could also lead to weird results if fields are present several times as
developers generally do not expect fields to be present several times in a
view.
An heuristic to detect duplicate fields will land soon in master. As this
commit targets a stable version only view fixes are provided.

Issue
=====
There's a performance issue when computing the total field on the
mailing model. When there're a lot of record (e.g. 500.000 leads).
This is because when we compute the field, we are fetching all the
records and then we calculate the length of the array.
We can just use a `search_count` and let Postgre count the records.

Purpose
=======
Allow to customize the preview text in mass mailing.
Specifications
==============
We do not generate the preview text anymore, instead we add
a new field to let the user choose want he want to put into
the preview. As the preview is added in the mail body, it
supports dynamic placeholders.
Rename "View in browser" into "View Online" because the text
will be displayed in the preview if the snippet is added at
the beginning of the email. And we want to make it shorter.
Remove the alt attribute of the image tag which are not part
of the "email content" in the mass mailing template.
So, we improve the email preview in the mail clients
(otherwise the mail client include the alt attribute into the
preview).

Use _for_xml_id to replace all the self.env.ref().read()[0]
This has the advantage of having a single point of control and to add
the fields filtering and model verification.
Add sudo for other operations on ir.actions.*
