Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) ab3cd5196b [FIX] account_edi_ubl: only add Description if it exist. 
Description is line.name but if this field is not defined the tag in the XML should not be set.

Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) 9e3d70c3fa [ADD] account_edi_ubl: module to manage EDI in generic UBL. 
- E-FFF import moved from l10n_be_edi into a generic UBL import.
- [FIX] when importing if LineExtensionAmount is set but not PriceUnit on a move line, the price was not imported.
- Added export to generic UBL 2.1.
