The GeoIP resolver keeps a permanent open file descriptor on the
GeoIP database file, for example /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat
Because we initialize a resolver for each registry, servers with
many databases may easily blow up the open file descriptor limit
of multi-threaded workers (gevent or no workers multithread mode).
The Maxmind GeoIP API appears to be thread-safe since v1.1.4, so
it is much less wasteful to use a shared resolver for each process.
This patch keeps the _geoip_resolver class attribute on `ir.http`
for compatibility, but it will be removed for the next version.

Currently when using a language on the website, the following is done in
this order to choose which one will be used:
1) use a language code if present in the url (eg. /fr_BE/),
2) use a language similar to the one in the url,
3) use a previously choosed language (saved in cookie),
4) use the browser language if available on website,
5) use a language similar to the browser language,
6) use the default website language
When a bot is requesting a page, he could either not specify a browser
language (en_US is set as default) or sometimes specify english
erroneously.
In these instance, we will then never use the default website language
if an english language is installed.
This fix changes this behaviour so if a bot is visiting a page, the 4th
and 5th steps are skipped and the default website language is used
instead of using the browser language.

Since saas-3, website controllers use `request.website.render`
to render the template of a web page. This was kept for retro
compatibility. It's time to stop using deprecated stuff.
Same for `_render` method on website.
'json' route don't use `request.render` since
`JsonRequest` has no `render` method.
Migration of website module to new API.
The tricky phase is ir_http.py : we need to use `request.env`
only when the authenfication phase is done. Normally by
calling `super` of `_dispatch` method, but website module
required it to be done before. This is important since
`env`is a lazy property of `request` object.
Some hack were kept since this commit is a migration ('RequestUID'
in ir.http, ...)
Some docstrings were added.
* The compiled templates are cached per user, lang, inherit context values
* ir.ui.fields: attributes method return an dict, and record_to_html return only the content value of the field

request.website.get_languages returns a list of tuple in the form:
(`language code`, `language name`)
With this commit the code first check if there is a language exactly
matching, and only if failed check if there is a match on the short
form.

The `binay_image` and `content_disposition` are moved
from the web controller to the `ir.http` model,
to be able to override these methods.
This makes possible to browse the records images as sudo
when the record is published on the website.
e.g. to see the partner images on the website `/partners` page
from the `website_crm_partner_assign` module.

The method that set `geoip` in the session, `_geoip_resolve`,
is called just before `self._authenticate`, which logout the user
when the session is invalid, and therefore reset the session.
Therefore, `geoip` could not be in the session in that place.
This isn't that bad, as, at the next request, the `geoip` will be
correctly set in the session.
During the analysis of this issue, we observed that the reset
of the session is actually not saved, because the save
of this session is done in `Root.get_response`, through the call
`self.session_store.save(httprequest.session)`,
but `Root.get_response` is not called in `Root.dispatch` in case
of HTTPException (500 internal server error in this case).
This might need to be changed, to do the session save with a finally
in this `Root.dispatch` method, so the above bug could have been
resolved with a simple refresh (which would have re-defined the
`geoip` in the session).

Improves aea358ca67 and avoid spurious
redirects for URLs that do not match a controller but do not
have a valid language.
When the URL does not match any controller, the language
matcher tried to strip the leading path component, treating
it as a language code. For example:
/fr_BE/page/homepage
would not match any route, so it would be rerouted internally
as /page/homepage, after setting `request.lang` to fr_BE.
This breaks the magical 404 handler that allows ir.attachment
entries to be mapped to static URLs. Due to the internal rerouting,
the mapping of e.g. /website_mycompany/static/src/image/logo.png
would be rerouted to /static/src/image/logo.png and not match
the mapped URL anymore.
Now the stripping of the path component will only occur if
that path component matches an installed language code.
The consequence is that URLs containing uninstalled language codes
will now lead to 404 errors - an acceptable trade-off (e.g.
when an older version of the website is still indexed by a search
engine)
