[FIX] website_quote: confirmation email at payment.

`website_quote` overrides `payment.transaction`.`form_feedback`
the same way `website_sale` does,
in case `website_quote` is installed without `website_sale`.

Therefore, the revisions
 - 4adb4b8
 - 809e1a6

must be applied there as well.
