The *_msg fields are HTML fields so there's no reason to do anything.
A few of the values are a bit more debatable though:
* Thanks_msg seems pretty much never used?
* The `message` value comes from `state_message`, looking at how
that's set it doesn't seem like there's any reason for it to ever
contain markup?
account_payment:
- Processing fees computation was done based on the wrong country.
payment:
- The acquirer's cancel message was missing from the
/payment/confirmation page.
- `redirect_form_view_id` field was declared with attribute 'name'
instead of 'string'.
- Uninstalling a payment acquirer would fail with a traceback.
- The first acquirer was not automatically selected if it was the only
selectable payment option of a 'manage' payment form.
- Specifying a preferred acquirer to the /payment/pay page would show
not acquirer at all if the preferred option was incompatible with
the constraints, rather than falling back on showing all acquirers.
payment_adyen:
- When the value of the API URL fields is malformed (e.g., missing the
"https://"), clicking on the confirm button raised a traceback.
payment_ogone:
- There was a typo in the return route.
payment_paypal:
- PayPal acquirers were not filtered out if the currency was not not
supported.
- Returning to the webshop without paying would raise a traceback.

Steps:
- Install account,payment
- Go to Invoicing
- Create an invoice
- Click Actions > Generate a Payment Link
- Follow the generated link
- Pay
Bug:
The transaction is not linked to the sale order in the link table
`account_invoice_transaction_rel`
Explanation:
This fix is broadly mimicking the behavior of the sales module regarding
the link of an order to a transaction, adding `invoice_id`s where they
are needed throughout the payment process in order to link the
transaction to the invoice.

Purpose of the task, is to prevent users from inadvertently
creation/opening countries from country_id fields.
Countries should be managed from their dedicated menu item.
so in this commit, we have set both no_open and no_create to True
so user should not update and create a country from the many2X fields.

Same change in several areas where translations existed:
- website editor notification popup
- elearning share popup
- forum remediation filter popup
- event registration attendees popup
- portal rating popup
- stripe payment error popup
And many other locations where there were no translations yet
"×" has been replaced by its UTF8 character.
Also introduced aria-label where missing.
Before this commit the close icon was included in translated resources.
For example, in Spanish the "×" had been turned into "&veces;"
thus not rendering an icon anymore
After this commit the close icon is not a translated text anymore and
remains an icon across all languages

Before this commit, links to the documentation were referenced the
previous version, 13.0, instead of the current one, 14.0.
Eventhough there is a redirection done by NGINX of a "versionless" URL
to the latest one (e.g. /documentation/user/general/auth/google.html
-> /documentation/user/14.0/general/auth/google.html as of today), the
goal is to keep links owrking for users that will still be using the
14.0 in three years (and should not endup on the 17.0 doc).

When a field is specified as widget="monetary" it makes sense to have the
currency actually shows. It won't happen if currency field is not present
within the view.
An heuristic to detect missing currency field presence when using monetary
fields or monetary widget tag will land soon in master. As this commit targets
a stable version only view fixes are provided.

Before this commit the tokens from payment providers (PayPal, Stripe) are shown in plain text in the onboarding wizard.
This means that anyone with accounting rights can grab & copy tokens for PayPal & Stripe.
After this commit they're shielded off with a password=True option so they're not directly readable and copyable.
Steps to reproduce: Open an Odoo instance, go to Accounting > Invoices and click on the 'Set Payments' option for the onboarding wizard.
Next choose Paypal or Credit card in the dialog and see how tokens are shown in plain-text.

Issue
- Go to Accounting / Customers / Invoices
- Pick any invoice not paid
- Action: Generate a Payment Link
- Open the link
- Refresh the page having Javascript disabled
- Click the Pay Now button
Traceback
Cause
If JS is not loaded, the values in the form fields are
not bound as expected.
It can also happen with slow connections and fast click
on the button at the loading. Before the JS is entirely
loaded (as it is lazy-loaded).
Solution
Button disabled by default, wait the page to be loaded
and then activate the button

Currently, When using the "Generate a Payment Link" button under the
Action menu (model=account.move), the last step of the flow is "back
to my account" , But this button doesn't generate any actions. If you
click on it, nothing happens because the button "Back to My Account"
was overlap by the payment logo.
So in this commit, we add fix the layout and use the row so the
elements do not ovelap each other.

This new modelling makes it easier to add new QR-code formats, and allows using all of them in website_sale and account.payment's form view as well (so, Swiss QR codes are now available there, while they were restricted to only invoices in the past). All barcodes are now generated as reports, from a dedicated route. This was only partly the case before : Swiss QR added a cross on top of the QR-code directly in the template, it wasn't part of the image returned by the route; now it is.
[ADD] base_qr_code_sepa: new module decoupling SEPA QR-codes generation from the base module
Each new QR-code generation option should thus be done in a dedicated module (or added to a localization) in the future.
[IMP] base_qr_code_sepa: update the generated QR codes to version 2 of the specification
Version 1 is still supported, so no need to backport this.
[IMP] l10n_ch: make Swiss QR-codes compatible with the new version of the specification (the old one is deprecated)
This will be backported to 11.0 and 12.0, as these QR-codes will soon replace ISR.
[IMP] account: make it possible to mark manual payments as sent with a button on the form view
This way, when making them directly with a QR-code (or doing a more classical wire transfer), people can keep track of what they already have asked the bank to do, and what they still have to treat.

Currently, to activate/deactivate records with the 'active' checkbox
user has to switch to edit mode of the form.
So the purpose of the task is to allow the user to activate/deactivate
records from the readonly mode of the form view.
In this commit, we set widget='boolean_toggle' on the 'active' field in form
view.

- Activate a payment provider (e.g. Stripe)
- As an unconnected user, visit
website_payment/pay?reference=MY_REF&amount=1337&acquirer_id=ACQUIRER
- Pay
After payment, the user is redirected to the `website_payment/confirm`
page. However, the generated reference contains `False`, which is
confusing.
This happens because the route is generated with the `False` string,
which is used later on in the computation reference.
We fix the URL generation by not adding the partner if it is not set.

- 'partial' payment state corresponds to invoices whose payable/receivable move line has been partially reconciled with some other line.
- 'reversed' payment state corresponds to entries that have been cancelled by the creation of a single reverse entry (using the dedicated button on the form view). This state can be set on invoice as well as on regular entries.
=> To stay consistent with the naming conventions, this commit also renames invoice_payment_state field to payment_state, since it's no longer only applicable on invoices.

Usually in a form view, a notebook is not placed within group/s.
Also, using studio we don't let user drop notebook in a group since it
generates issues with the notebook.(See https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/commit/ea5ccd548bb6781e5ccdf76cf11255c6fd6aa3cb)
This commit fixes the issue by moving notebook out of the group and making
the 'payment.icon' form view structure consistent(and properly
editable with studio).

Make the domain stricter as well:
* no reason to have / match a token if the payment method is not
electronic
* don't lose the capture mode
* don't remove the company filter though it's probably not useful (as
the journal and payment should already be in the same company so the
check on the token's acquirer's journal should be enough)
The domain used to select the default payment should not matter too much.

so due to that some payment provider(paypal, stripe etc.) produce

so when generating link for the payment pass the partner on link so
where payment is processed by public user then it will get the customer
of the record as partner, so on behalf of the customer the payment is

the Odoo community edition. The dedicated module, though, is restricted
to the enterprise edition.

- payment:
- added data to expose the new payment acquirer.
- added 'to_buy' field to track whether the payment acquirer is
restricted to enterprise users.
- allow multi word payment acquirer name. It was breaking on the first

Replace website_published and environment by a generic state on
payment.acquirer
Payment acquirers aren't enabled by default. When setting their state to 'enabled' or 'test', it is verified the required fields for the provider are set.
If we use a kanban view to select a record we want to hide those elements:
dropdown boxes, buttons, anchors, some widgets, kanban color.
When it was too much change and used the new attribute
"kanban_view_ref" to explicitly define which view to open in selection_mode.
When also had to create previously unexisting kanban for
fleet.vehicle.model to show name and brand.

- payment acquirer
And if big images are needed some day the model should use image.mixin instead.
