When a odoo user already exists, the installation of the deb package
fails because the `/var/lib/odoo` directory does not exists.
The reason is that the postinst script is trying to change the
permissions of this directory which is only created if a odoo user does
not already exists.
With this commit, the permission changes only occurs when the directory
is created.

Steps to reproduce:
- create and send a quotation
- make a failed payment (through cutomer preview)
- create and send a second quotation to the same customer
- make a succesful payment this time
- redirect takes to the wrong quotation (failed one)
Bug:
polling the processed payments initially returns both transaction
but the following polls only returns the rejected payment
(introduced in [1] processed transactions are filtered out)
since there's only a single transaction, redirect takes to it
Fix:
if there's only a single succesful transaction (regardless of the rest)
it means the current payment was successfull so we redirect to it

A bug[0] was detected in the Odoo Docker image 15.0 when trying to print
invoices with arabic fonts (and probably other languages that need
specific font) . It appears that the necessary fonts are not available
in the container image.
Strangely, the issue did not exists in previous Odoo Docker images.
It appears that `fonts-dejavu-core` package was installed incidentally
by `wkhtmltox`[1] which is installed from the official website.
Note that the Debian version of `wkhtmltopdf`[2] does not provide this
dependency.
In the 15.0 Docker image, while the `wkhtmltox` is installed the same
way, the `fonts-dejavu-core` package was not installed because the
dependency of `fontconfig-config`[3] was already fulfilled by the
`python3-renderpm`[4] from Debian Bullseye.
Finally, to add more confusion, the Odoo package have an indirect
dependency on `fonts-dejavu-core` through the `python3-pydot`[5] package.
This explains why the issue was not found before.
In order to avoid all this spaghetti dependency hell, this commit adds
an explicit dependency on one of the multilingual fonts available in the
Debian packages.

With the release of Debian Bullseye the time has come for the balancing
act by trying to update the requirements.
The constraints are the following:
* Stick as close as possible to python3-* Debian packages versions
of the current Debian stable.
* Same but for the Ubuntu LTS version.
* When one of the above package is patched by Debian or Ubuntu
maintainers, set the upstream version that includes the patch if any.
Also, as support for python < 3.7 is dropped, some cleanup can be done.
The `reportlab / pillow` combo is a special case:
* Pillow has to be updated to 8.1.2 as this version includes the
security patches that were added to Ubuntu package 7.0.0 (Focal).
* Reportlab crashes with 8.1.2 with version prior to 3.5.54 [0].
The problem does not occur on Ubuntu Focal as both versions from
the Ubuntu packaging are compatible.
So the reportlab 3.5.59 is chosen as it's the Debian Bullseye version
and to avoid multiple lines for a few minor versions.

The rpm packaging fails to generate a repository when the repodata
directory does not exists previously to the build.
The reason is that the package.py script removes the repodata before
rpm repo generation without verifying the the directory exists.
That kind of corner case happens when a new odoo version comes out.
With this commit, the script now verifies that the directory exists.
Also, while at it, a time stamp based on seconds is added to the default
build directory name to allow to build more than one time the same day
without removing the build directory. It's mainly a testing use case,
when the packaging script is tested, the build dir is usually kept for

In some situations, like during tests on runbot, the data-dir location
may vary.
With this commit, the `data-dir` CLI argument is added to the
test_module_operations script.

In a previous fix [0], the call to exif_transpose was kept to allow
rotation of images format different than `JPEG`.
After a small test, it appeared that the call would crash if the image
in another format had the same `LensInfo` tag.
So it's safer to not call this method at all.
With this commit, the rotation tag is retrieved disregarding the file
format by using the `getexif` method if available, falling back to the
private method for Pillow < 6 support.
As a bonus, a test is also added with a small embedded `JPEG` image,
crafted with an `Orientation` exif tag and, for reference, the
`LensInfo`tag that caused so much trouble.
The fix referenced in [0] was not forward-ported as it was only moving
the code the is completely removed in the present.

The LangString documentation does not specify how to use the special
characters but after some tests, specifying a BOM for the nsi file seems
to be the way to go.

As Fedora 32 was the current release when Odoo 14.0 was released, this
should be the supported version.
Also, a few old libs were still in mentioned in the packaging files.
They flew under the radar because they never broke the packaging.
This is not the case anymore, those libs disappeared from the Fedora
repos.
It seems that pyparsing is not used anymore since 5a1c06a19 and thus can
be safely removed from `requirements.txt` too.
pychart is not used anymore since 3425752ea.
While at it, remove mix of tabs and spaces in package.dffedora, also add
missing packages to avoid installation at test time.
Now that I started down the slippery slope, also removed some `-dev`
packages in package.dfsrc as wheel's are available.
Finally, the rpm install script now detects the python ABI version in
order to avoid update this file at each ABI change in Fedora.

When Odoo is started in worker mode with Python 3.8.5, and
gevent/greenlet installed from requirements, the following error message
is thrown:
`RuntimeWarning: greenlet.greenlet size changed, may indicate binary
incompatibility`
As a gevent developper stated [1] that gevent 1.5 is not compatible with
Python 3.8, this commit bumps the version to 20.9.0 (current version for
the next Debian and Ubuntu releases [2] [3])
This commit should not impact those who use the Debian/Ubuntu packages
of gevent and greenlet. The error does not appear with those versions.
In Ubuntu Focal, the packaged version is 1.4.0 [4] but the problem was
not reported with this version and python 3.8.
For reference, it was bumped to 1.5.0 for Python 3.7 in [5].
And greenlet was bumped too for issues with Python 3.8 and 3.9 in [6].
As a result, the requirements for greenlet/gevents gains even more
complexity and should be cleaned when python 3.6 support will be
dropped.

When using the route `/report/barcode/...` in a report, wkhtmltopdf
makes htpps requests on the server to retrieve the barcode image.
If a lot of barcodes have to be printed, this can overload the server
with too much requests and makes wkhtml crashes.
With this commit, the qweb barcode widget is used to include the barcode
as an img tag with inline barcode image as base64 data.

When printing barcodes for a large amount of records, wkhtmltopdf will
make the same amount of http requests to the server in order to retrieve
barcodes. This can lead to performance issues or wkhtml to crash.
Fortunately, an already existsing qweb widget exists that include
barcodes images as inline base64.
With this commit, the web widget is a bit improved to accept attributes
for the generated image tag. Each option dictionary key starting with
`img_` will be converted into a tag attribute with the corresponding
value.
e.g.: `'img_alt': 'Barcode'` will result in `<img alt="Barcode"...`
The `alt` img attribute now defaults to `'Barcode %s' % value` with the
barcode value.
Also, the `quiet` reportlab option is also avalaible in the widget
options, as well as the `mask` option.
Finally, if the `symbology` option is not given, the widget defaults to
`Code128`. If `symbology` is set to `auto`, the action report will try
to guess the barcode type, based on the len of the value.
The createrepo Debian package is not available in Ubuntu anymore, this
can cause problems on Ubuntu based build systems.
In order to solve that once and for all, with this commit the rpm repo is
generated from a Docker container.

Some ttf fonts used to sign are shipped does not come with a clear
licensing. Also some of them does not have accented characters.
With this commit, they are replaced with better ones and their
accompanying Open Font License.
Also, before this commit, any file in the font directory was read to be
rendered by the sign widget. With this commit, only `ttf`, `otf` and
'woff[2]' files are read, this allows to store the license file
alongside with the font.

In commit ab76c421c2 the Dozens unit of measure was moved to demo data.
Unfortunately, this data is used in enterprise module product_unspc in a
post init hook.
As a consequence, when installing this module without demo data, the
initialization crashes.
With this commit, the Dozens uom is moved back to regular data.
